The Marketing Strategy Workbook
I’ve created a workbook that will get you digging deep and planning wide. We’ll focus on the sections that make sense for your business model. If you’re a restaurant, you probably don’t need a CRM, but a loyalty program or email newsletter could be just what you need to drive business. On the other hand, a cabinet company could focus on Google PPC Ads and website retargeting. Your plan is completely customized for your industry, business, and resources.

We can create the strategy specifically for your needs- whether you’re marketing to local customers or a diverse group of online buyers. You can use current office personnel, use the strategy to inform hiring, approach a different agency to fulfill specific needs, or work with me to help you get things done.

Even no budget? Sure. I understand that lots of companies bootstrap and I can offer completely free ways to accomplish different objectives.
What if we have a large budget with specific KPIs? That’s great too. I can recommend ways to make the most of your money and integrate your paid advertising with other online or offline activities. We can also explore out-of-the-box ideas to help your brand stand out and connect.

I charge $1200 for the 6 hour workshop. After that day, you’ll have a full plan for how you’ll reach more customers, get more leads, and use specific marketing channels to increase that cashflow. If you’d like me to write out your strategy into a neat little package with employee tasks and a calendar, I charge an additional $800.
